NICOLE SALMON
With nearly 30 years of experience in the sign business and a longstanding career at Arrow Sign Company, Nicole Salmon has played a pivotal role in the company’s success and growth. Having worked her way up through the ranks, Nicole has hands-on experience in nearly every department, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the business. Her leadership style, marked by a practical and approachable management approach, has been a key factor in driving the company’s continued success. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
Charlie Stroud
With over 35 years of experience at Arrow Sign Company and an even longer career in the sign industry, Charlie Stroud is a highly regarded designer and industry expert. As President, Charlie oversees projects across multiple areas, including troubleshooting, project planning, design, engineering, and sales, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and creativity. His extensive knowledge and leadership have been key to the company’s growth and success. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
LAUREN TAYLOR
With over 10 years of experience in human resources at Arrow Sign Company, Lauren Taylor excels in people management and problem-solving. Her expertise in fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving complex issues has played a key role in the company’s success. As Director of Corporate Establishment, Lauren ensures smooth operations across the organization by focusing on talent development and employee well-being. Outside of her professional role, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her two children.
TERESA BEST
With over 25 years of experience in the sign industry, Teresa Best is a seasoned professional who has been an integral part of Arrow Sign Company for much of her career. As the Director of Operations, she oversees the company’s installation, permitting, project management, and contract management, ensuring seamless execution of projects from start to finish. Teresa’s extensive expertise and dedication to excellence have helped Arrow Sign Company maintain its reputation for delivering top-quality signage solutions. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her four dogs, walking, and reading and spending time with family.
Oscar Chavez
With over 10 years of experience in the sign industry, Oscar Chavez has become a key asset to Arrow Sign Company. Currently managing contract control, Oscar plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of contracts, from negotiation to execution. His diverse background spans multiple areas of the business, including accounting, production management, and project management, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the company’s operations. Oscar’s expertise and attention to detail contribute to the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Oscar enjoys traveling and cherishing quality time with his family.
Dan Woodson
With over 25 years of experience in the sign industry and nearly 10 years at Arrow Sign Company, Dan Woodson brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Production Manager. Dan oversees the company’s expansive 70,000 square foot manufacturing shop, where he combines his expertise in the sign business with strong management skills to lead the fabrication team in delivering high-quality products. His dedication to operational excellence and his ability to inspire his team contribute to the company's continued success. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, making the most of family life.
Chetan Captan
With nearly 20 years of experience in the sign industry, including extensive time at Arrow Sign Company, Chetan Captan is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in estimating projects both fairly and efficiently. His background in construction and manufacturing has equipped him with a deep understanding of project dynamics, allowing him to add value throughout the project lifecycle. Chetan is heavily involved in both project planning and sales, using his technical knowledge to ensure accuracy and optimize results. Outside of work, Chetan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
Tim Brown
With a 30-year career in sales and a degree in art and engineering, Tim Brown brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to his role as Vice President of Business Development at Arrow Sign Company. Having been with the company for over 3 years, Tim leads the sales team, driving growth and fostering strong client relationships. His deep understanding of both the business and creative aspects of the sign industry makes him an invaluable asset to the company. In his spare time, Tim enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and son.
Kevin Strain
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Kevin Strain is a seasoned CPA and a former partner in an accounting firm. His passion for the construction industry led him to join Arrow Sign Company two years ago, where he now oversees all accounting functions for the company. Kevin’s deep financial expertise and strategic oversight ensure the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. Outside of work, Kevin is actively involved in his community, enjoys hiking, and values spending quality time with his friends and family.
Mike Lenzora
With over 48 years of experience in the sign industry, Mike Lenzora brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Project Manager for Special Projects at Arrow Sign Company. With more than five years with the company, Mike oversees engineering and project planning, ensuring each project is executed with precision and efficiency. As a former sign company owner and with hands-on experience in fabrication and installation, Mike is the mastermind behind how projects come together, maximizing value and operational efficiency. His deep industry insight has been key to delivering successful, high-quality final products. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, valuing family above all else.
Arnold Gonzalez
With over 35 years of experience at Arrow Sign Company, Arnold Gonzalez is a true veteran in the sign industry. Known for his hands-on expertise, Arnold is the "boots on the ground" manager, overseeing all fabrication operations and ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standards. If something can be built, Arnold is the one to make it happen. His deep knowledge and commitment to quality have been integral to the company’s success. Outside of work, Arnold enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, cherishing his family moments.
Chuck Sterne
Chuck Sterne, Chairman of Arrow Sign Company, brings over six decades of unmatched experience and leadership in the signage industry. His journey began as a teenager at Arrow Sign Company when it was a modest four-person shop. He quickly developed a passion for the craft and the business. Through the years, Chuck helped shape Arrow Sign Company into one of the most respected names in the industry, combining innovation with a deep commitment to quality and service. Though officially retired, Chuck remains a vital presence at Arrow, regularly coming in to mentor and coach the next generation of leaders. His wisdom, humility, and hands-on approach continue to inspire his team and reinforce the values on which the company was built. Outside of his work, Chuck enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his three daughters and grandchildren. His legacy is one of dedication, integrity, and a lifelong commitment to both his company and the people behind it.
